"The property is old which is some of the attraction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When you arrive, you call the phone # on the door & the manager will meet you. Great free parking. We had the room with the kitchen & separate bedroom & living area. The bedrooms were all upstairs. The steps were steep to get there & the floors were not even which could be a problem. They had a gathering room where the morning food was located. A coffee machine, microwave, ice machine & toaster was located in this room. The breakfast food was cereal, instant oatmeal, bananas, packaged rolls, twinkies, granola bars, milk, juices, Hot pockets & waffles. There are not many hotels in this little town & this one served its purpose."

"Older motel but clean. Beds could be more comfortable but not horrible. Very nice staff. Convenient walk to Downtown and the university. Ice, laundry and water refill. Best free breakfast in the morning! Seriously made to order cafe breakfast options. Definitely worth it. Will return."

"The breakfast on Saturday morning was amazing. Green chili was a hit . Pluse waffles sooo good . Also pet friendly is a must for my family . I wish pool hours would go until 11pm as we are there to relax and would've like to swim late . My daughter in college there that way we came out ."

"This place was comfortable, saw wildlife. Came for the river but it was dry, also the pond. Went on side by side ride from Red Bear, Colton was very nice, fixed issue with water very fast. Beautiful cabin."
