"I arrived at 12:30am and couldn’t get in a room until 2:30 am. I to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had a neighboring storage room, which had an alarm going off due to a missing battery. It was too loud to sleep. The second room had a disgusting smell. And the third room was humid so the bedding felt damp. When attempting to get help from the front desk, there was not a manager on site. The front desk receptionist also ran the shuttle to the airport, so no one was there to help."

"Everything was clean and tidy, excellent staff. Elevator is out of service. We were in room 102 a handicap room. The shower hose is broken, the hose holder is broken, when you take a shower the hose will flood the floor, need to have a connection to put the shower head facing the sides of the shower to prevent as much flooding. Also the exit door is difficult to use for a person using a wheelchair. Also would recommend a bench in the shower for someone disabled."

"Great Rustic Cabin on the river / creek. Easy check-in process. My family and I had a great time and experience at 3 Brothers. The cabin gas a handful of amenities that most travelers would like to be able to cook. The cabin is just outside of the tourist areas. Overall very happy. "

"This place is TERRIBLE! We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean. There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for two people. You have to repeat this every single day. There was dried blood on the comforter, the kitchen floor was filthy, and the breakfast was extremely limited. Both mornings I went down, there was either no coffee or it was cold — which tells me it was leftover from the day before. Absolutely disgusting. There’s even more I could mention. When I complained, I was told the manager would comp my stay. I appreciated that, and before leaving I confirmed it with the manager — he agreed. But they only comped one night, not the entire stay as promised. If you want excuses, broken promises, and a dirty, gross, poorly managed hotel, then book here. Otherwise, stay far away."

"The property was easy to find. Breakfast was yummy. The room was clean. Has a pool and workout room. "

"The hot tub was so well heated and the view was amazing. The area behind the cabin overlooking the smokey mountains was very large for the kids to run and play. The fire pit was also a huge highlight. Kitchen was small and the walk through rooms were annoying but everyone still enjoyed the closeness of being together as a large family with many grand kids. "
