"There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect…."

"Easy booking, check in, and check out. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Short staffed at Salt & Mortar. Spent 40 minutes & never did get breakfast before having to leave. Other cafe on site advertised croissants etc but they didn’t have any ‘today’. Was hesitant to order a latte lest it be under par. Had to pack up & leave. Got breakfast off site. "

"Room clean except for shower walls/floors visibly unclean with what appeared to be permanent brown stains. Shower door would not stayed closed (broken). Stair well was dirty. Breakfast was a kinda pitiful but it appear other guests enjoyed making their own waffles. Gym was a joke - basically equipment in a closet that could only be accessed from outside - definitely not safe."

"They stopped serving breakfast at 9 which is very unusual. My toilet had hair in it that I had to flush. The bathtub had dead bugs and the floor had not been swept."
