Southbank Hotel by Marriott Jacksonville Riverwalk
The room was not attended to during my stay, the bathroom towels were not changed, nor were the sheets on both beds. Understandably, the hotel is under construction, but for the price, the sheets and towels could have been changed.

Lots of Stains on the carpet. Very delapitated. Heat did not work. People in the elevator said 40Y% of their group did not have hot water. Would not recommend!!

Marriott Jacksonville Downtown
Shower didn’t drain well. The plug ins on the bathroom side of the bed didn’t work. I was charged for valet parking which I didn’t use but did have them fix when I checked out.

We were greeted by the sweetest front desk person. The room was spotless and the temperature was perfect. We had a view of the river that I was not expecting. The breakfast was delicious with so many options! Would most definitely stay again.
