Our family of nine stayed at this home for four nights over the 2025 Christmas holiday, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a larger family gathering.The layout worked especially well for us, with plenty of room to spread out while still having great common spaces to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking family meals easy, and the large dining area comfortably accommodated everyone. The private movie theater was a big hit, and the mini putting area added a fun extra that both kids and adults enjoyed.The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and having TVs in every room was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the fenced-in patio area, which made things feel safe and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet, and the short walk to the beach was very convenient—even during a busy holiday week.Check-in was seamless, parking was plentiful, and everything matched the listing description exactly. Overall, this was a well-equipped, thoughtfully designed home that made our holiday stay easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this property to families or groups and would happily stay here again.
