Step back in time — and relax — in our cozy, French-country-style studio on Amelia Island. A snug, thoughtfully finished retreat with all the comforts of home, in a setting made for couples looking to escape everyday life. Please note we`re a short 12-minute drive from downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch, and the beaches — you`ll want a car for your stay.

THE SPACE
• Comfortable queen-sized bed and a reclining loveseat sofa
• Private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a relaxing tub
• Kitchenette with countertop appliances, a small cooktop, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker (please note: this is not a full kitchen)
• Dinette area overlooking the front yard
• Private front porch with a swing — perfect for morning coffee

ARRIVAL & PARKING
Guests park 1–2 vehicles in a private section of our split driveway, directly in front of the double garage door. To the left of the garage, a wooden deck leads to your own private entrance.

GOOD TO KNOW
The cottage sits next to our main house, where we live on-site, with its own designated parking and separate entrance. It has a small cooktop and microwave rather than a full kitchen. Reach out anytime with questions!

PETS & POLICIES
• Dog-friendly: up to 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats.
• Dogs must be registered and leashed outdoors at all times ($50 per incident for non-compliance).
• Our prices include all fees — no hidden charges.
No more than 2 dogs and No cats permitted.

Dogs must be registered and on leash when outside at all times. Failure to comply will result in a fee of $50 per incident and up to termination of remaining stay for repeat offenders.
