Comfortable 3 bdrm RANCH home,DOG FRIENDLY,no cats.. in a quiet neighborhood on Amelia Island. Close to shopping, beaches..one mile, state and local parks.. Large master suite with bathroom,fully equipped kitchen, seating for 6-7.over sized fenced yard with in ground HEATED POOL serviced ONCE a week..extra charge for heating. Yard has HEAVY VEGITATION..pool cannot be heated if temp falls below 50..dog fee dog.. If you have pet allergies dont book.

Single family home on quiet street, private lot with Florida-friendly landscaping, oversized in ground pool. Fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, large master suite, new furnishings, fire pit, deck with pergola. Private drive , parking for 3 cars, 1 mile to Peters Point Beach, minutes from shopping. Dogs allowed, additional cleaning fee. of $50 dog 2 limit.Pool Heated if temp permits...wont heat if temp is below 50. pool service once a week..twin bed is a fold up...bikes and garage tools not for guest use. House built in 1982..upgrades..pool resurfaced, new HVAC 2021, pool heater 2020,deck stained 2021, interior painting 2021, 22, ongoing semi weekly landscaping, new walkway 2022, metal fixtures tend to tarnish due to ocean climate, deck and outdoor furniture are "beachy" due to climate and island wind. Garage access. We do use this home so you will find our stuff in garage and pantry.

Guests have access to all areas of the house . house is one one level with one step up to house. Three steps from deck to pool . Garage access for loading and unloading. outdoor activities need to be on 16x40 deck..yard is heavy vegitation..pool equipment(heater, filter, pump) should not be touched.

Home is a single family ranch with a split floor plan, formal dining room and eat in kitchen..outdoor deck with charcoal grill, sitting and eating area, pets allowed with additional cleaning fee, pool is over sized and is 9 ft deep..children and pets need to be supervised at all times...swim at your own risk. Discount for Monthly rentals. extra CHARGE for heated pool and dogs(2)..$150 pool, $50 per dog..extra bed set up if requested..Yard is heavy vegitation.aversion to bugs, dog hairs and FL critters do not book.
