This is a 2-story house.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for groups who appreciate both shared and private spaces. The main floor features a primary suite with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a queen bed and a private bath. On the same level, a third bedroom offers two queen beds. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom includes two full-size beds and an en suite bath, while a fifth bedroom provides a queen bed with a private bath. Each room includes bed linens, ample storage, and comfortable layouts that make settling in easy.

Outdoor living centers around the screened pool, where you can enjoy relaxed moments in any season. A fire pit adds a cozy element to cooler evenings, and the tiki hut with a grill station offers a welcoming space for meals and conversation. The patio and backyard areas extend the home's gathering spaces, giving you room to enjoy the surrounding environment at your own pace.

Inside, the open concept living area includes a flat-screen HDTV, seating for movie nights, and an indoor fireplace that adds warmth when needed. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace support comfort throughout your stay. The kitchen features the essentials for preparing meals, along with a granite island that serves as a natural gathering point for your group. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience.
Heat is available “upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day

The home includes a private entrance, free driveway parking, and self check-in with a keypad. WiFi, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit support safety and ease of use. The property is pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always allowed.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
