Tour the area to discover delightful attractions like Sadler Ranch, Amelia River Cruises & Charters, Main Beach Park, Amelia Island State Park, and Black Rock Beach, all within a 13-mile radius.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving brunch out on the scenic balconies where you can feel the sea breeze. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. At the end of the day, gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows or tell stories as you witness a breathtaking sunset and stars come out to dot the sky.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
