Oceanfront, stunning, renovated, Guests love it!

'Surf Villa' in the quaint city of Ponte Vedra Beach, within the pristine, gated Sawgrass Beach and Country Club Community - A little piece of beach heaven...newly remodeled, redecorated, and refurnished bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area to a glorious furnished patio overlooking the beach and ocean. You can see the ocean from the whole house.

Instead of a cumbersome convertible sofa for extra bed, we have a very comfortable built in bunk bed with California twin mattresses to go with our expansive new sofa.

This beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable condo with a fabulous oceanfront location and access to the community swimming pool, is one of the finest one bedroom condos available anywhere in Ponte Vedra Beach. It is located in the prestigious and private gated Sawgrass Beach Club. Well cared for and equipped with competitive rates equal the best value on the beach.

Walk into the light and airy spacious Great Room with dining room table, high speed wi-fi, Youtube TV and more. Very warm and inviting. Sip cocktails in the evening or catch the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee from your large second floor deck and fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen has a sit down eating bar and all the equipment needed to make some lovely meals right at home. Brand new kitchen counter tops and refrigerator and stove. The bedroom has a King bed and a large TV. The newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower is absolutely beautiful.

Wireless internet connection, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, toys and more! All here to enjoy.

Our community is one of the most chill, beautiful places in the world but directly across the street from the entrance to our community is Sawgrass Village. It includes multiple restaurants, Publix grocery, CVS, darling shops, liquor store, the Sawgrass Marriott, The Players Championship (TPC) golf club, Pickleball courts, eBike rentals, and much more. The very touristy St. Augustine is the next town south of us and the lively Jacksonville Beach and darling Neptune Beach are immediately north of us. There is endless opportunity for entertainment and activity...ask us for recommendations.

Wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a 4-night stay. We've stayed near this property previously. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Tastefully decorated and great balcony facing the Atlantic. TV and WIFI worked well and as described. Beach amenities - chairs etc for use were nice.

What you see is what you get—a beautifully updated and pristine property on the second floor with an amazing view of the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We didn't want to leave because it felt like home. Looking forward to our next trip to Ponte Vedra and staying here again.

Perfect week !

I stayed at this property this past week with my husband, 24 year old step daughter and 4 year old son and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset and playing cards was one of our favorite things. The beach is steps away and the pool is a short drive. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and we were able to check in early and check out late as our flight times were early in the day and late at night. The condo is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and coffee spots. It was also stocked with anything we needed: beach chairs, tons of beach and bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen necessities and more! Huge tv in the living room and bedroom and the beds were so comfortable ! The kids loved the bunk beds which were definitely oversized with super comfy bedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are looking forward to the next time we can call this place home for another week!

Perfect by the beach

Nicely finished 1-bedroom, second floor, with lovely deck looking out over the lawn to the beach and ocean. Wake with the sun, to bed with the full moon rising over the Atlantic. The two additional beds are built into a little cubby carved out of the living room--fun for kids, adequate for agile adults.

Wonderful stay

Great location on the beach. Clean and up to date. Perfect for a family of four with young kids. Owners were wonderful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend and stay there again.

Awesome sunrises

Steps to private beautiful beach. Condo is well appointed and very comfortable. If the beach becomes too windy there is a great pool available with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Great communications with the owner. Shopping and restaurants nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfectly located condo on a perfect beach.

Beach access and views outstanding.Sunrises were spectacular.Grocery and restaurants within easy reach.Owners were easy to talk with.Condo itself may need a new more comfortable couch, four not two regular sized dining room chairs, a fridge with icemaker and new sets of towels and sheets.to be perfect.

Beautiful space

Super clean, beautiful beach front location at saw grass country club. We unfortunately had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, and the owners were very fair with us. Would highly recommend.

Impeccable Beachfront Condo

We stayed for a week in July. Our hosts (the Grays) provided a beautiful, well-cared-for, clean, tastefully decorated, fully stocked condo with a million dollar view right on the beach. We had access to their golf cart for short hops around the property. Have stayed in other places in the area and this was the absolute best. Our thanks to the owners.
