We didn't like anything about the property. Not well represented by website photos. Very old with dirty carpet, mold in bathroom, toilet leaking onto floor, and door would not seal (could see daylight next to door jam). My wife put towels on the floor to cover the stains.

First off when I got there at 3:00 p.m. my room was not ready came back at 3:30 they gave me a key that didn't work I tried three different keys and the same room didn't work they sent me to another room it did not work I did not get into my room until 5:30 6:00 and then when I got in that room my toilet was messed up they came n plunged it but didnt clean up the mess.. I had a 2 day stay. The only good thing was the pool. Called the so call manager but she bever answered or called me back. Please do better..

Our room (150) was absolutely filthy. I had to cover the chair before I even let my dog sit on it. I had to sleep on top if the comforter it was gross. Didn’t want to take any chances. A/C wasn’t working and the entire ambiance was one of a seedy motel used for hourly services. We booked 3 nights. Left after one. Take this place off of your list.

The Door keys don’t work unless staff let you in. Mold under sink an where towels placed. Mold under refrigerator area an in lots of places. No ventilation in entire room. The toilet chain was off twice. The carpet was never vacuumed an needs replaced. The manager Stephanie is long over due an needs to be replaced with a professional attitude towards her staff an customers. The hotel is very old an rusted literally. The fee is overpriced extremely for good an service. The maintenance man that helped us after the one who couldn’t bend down was helpful but overworked an under appreciated it seemed. The rooms were extremely terrible. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. We changed rooms and the second smelled of strong urine and cigarette smoke, with no towels and orange gel like goo coming out of the bath tub drain. The rooms were listed as non smoking, but people obviously still smoked in them. The service was slow, but due to only one agent working. The website listing is very deceiving. The pictures showed beautiful high class rooms with a hotel rating of 4.1. It is clearly only a 1 star at most. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! We canceled the reservation and requested a full refund due to the poor conditions of this hotel.
