The distance to our appointment at Cleveland Clinic was also very good. The front desk when we check in in was exceptional. Chase checked us in and he was great! "The room was very clean, and the housekeepers were superior and accommodating. My only complaint is that there is evidently not a 24-hour housekeeper on duty, and the room floors are not carpeted, so we had walked and tracked dirt into the room. No one had a broom for me to sweep it up that evening."

This space was perfect for our family and was stocked with everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste. When I packed our cooler at home, I forgot our fruit. We arrived to a tree full of fresh pears (October). It was a perfect stay. Thanks, Debbie! Will stay again. "
