"We just wrapped up a weeklong stay at Timberside and we could not have asked for a better host and property. We came with our youth travel baseball team and Timberside was more than we could have hoped for. The bunk room accommodated our players and the other rooms were perfect for the coaches. The kids had an amazing time exploring the property’s ponds and trails, playing wiffle ball in their off time, and ending the days with a friendly (yet competitive) game of basketball on the basketball court. The kitchen, great room / family room and wrap around deck that’s perfect for the parents to come over every evening for cookouts. We felt like we were at our home away from home. Next time we are in Dyersville, there’s no question where we will stay. Is this Heaven? No, its Timberside!"

"We rented out both lodges and they were incredible. Both were very spacious with plenty of common space to hang out. The views of the Mississippi were gorgeous, and you could see thousands of stars in the sky on a clear night. Lots of privacy at the property as well, and everything was clean and well maintained. Could not recommend this place any more highly."

"Lovely older home is beautifully renovated. More than enough room for our family of 9. Everything and more than you could need is provided. The pool is a real bonus. Location is wonderful within easy walking distance to downtown. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re in the area."

"We came to the area to visit the Field of Dreams movie site and for the All-Star game. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. The location was amazing and property was beautiful and as described. The extra amenities available for our group were so fun and utilized by everyone, Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Property is clean and well maintained, and the property managers are friendly and great at communication."
