Dream View ~ lovely sea views!

DREAM VIEW is a comfortable 2 bedroom holiday shack with lovely sea views that accommodates up to 6 guests.

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine-BYO pods, dining, Kitchen, Living area and all bedrooms with reverse cycle split system air-conditioners, TV with USB/HDMI ports, no DVD, double doors that lead out on to the balcony.

Bathroom with vanity, shower, and w/c, laundry with sink - no washing machine. Outdoor setting, gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen bed, bed 2 - 2 bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff

James Well is a small coastal settlement just south of Ardrossan, overlooking beautiful Gulf St Vincent.
Located approximately two hours drive from Adelaide, James well is popular with families for fishing, crabbing and as a great base to explore Yorke Peninsula.

There is a walking trail between James Well and Rogues Point to Pine Point, which is part of the Walk The Yorke trail.
James Well has a cement boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts, suitable for launching at high tide only or you can head to nearby Ardrossan which has an all-weather boat ramp, from which you can launch at all times.
There are no shops in James Well but it’s only a short drive to Ardrossan which has a hotel, supermarket, butcher and much more.

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$145 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$130 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay

Beautiful view and lovely little house in a quiet peaceful spot close to beach, boat ramp and 5 min drive to township. The double bed was fine for 3 nights but I would not have wanted to sleep on it anymore nights as our backs were getting sore. Overall would reccomend this property.

Three sisters getaway

Views from the deck were absolutely amazing. Surrounds were absolutely peaceful day and night. House and furniture adequately fitted out. Bedding comfortable. Whole deck area needs a deep clean, lots and lots of cobwebs everywhere. Couldn't reach the switch to put on the fairy lights. Bathroom needs a deep clean. BBQ had months/years of grease and time, we couldn't use it.

Brilliant views

We had one of our most relaxing holidays ever. Enjoyed fishing for crabs & the quiet location. Felt remote yet only a 5 minute drive into Ardrossan. Retro beach house with everything you need.

The location was great. Overall the place was clean except for coffee machine that had green allergy growing in water container. The only other comment, the mattress was not comfortable and both of us woke up with bad backs.

We were looking for a spectacular view and we definitely found that at Dream View. Having said that the cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Considering part of the fee is charged as a cleaning fee it was quite obvious that not a lot of cleaning had been done, including black mould in bathroom.

Dream View is a Dream View

As we have family close to this location we had planned to catch up and spend some time together. Dream View was ideal and we could not have been happier with the accommodation. We all had a very enjoyable time and the sunrises and sunsets from the back verandah were wonderful. It was just lovely sitting on the verandah and enjoying the view and watching the waves roll in. Dream View had all we needed for meal preparation in the kitchen, it really is a great little place and the damage bond was refunded within the seven business days as advised.

We enjoyed our time in james well. Aircon and heating was great beds where comfortable but there is a few things that need to be fixed White ants eating flooring, craked tile in main entrance felt soft under feet, Black mould in shower, BBQ was rusted. Nails exposed on decking and railing on decking not great for young children.
