"It was very relaxing experiences to stay there. Though place was a bit away from town, very beautiful gardens and rooftop cafe in front of a river was so calm and enjoyable.

"We had a great stay, the staff were lovely - very supportive. They prepared us early breakfast when we went out to cycle. Great location, beautiful garden/terrace with views over mountain. Lovely!"
"The property is 100m from station. However, my recommendation if property can arrange a pickup facility for the guest after a long journey. With luggage it was a task to walk to the hotel. When asked to arrange for a pickup, staff mentioned we donāt provide. A mini golf cart can be a good option. Think about it. "
"There was a group of persons staying in two rooms. The used to keep their doors open and talk loudly all the time. Even in the garden, they used to laugh and shout at the top of their voice till late at night,thus disturbing other occupants. This made the first days stay uncomfortable."
"Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DMās office which helped us move forward with our trip. Lastly, he helped arrange for a SUV for the trip from Leh to Pangong to Nubra Valley. My only feedback on the car rental was the air conditioning use. While I had explicitly requested a strong engine and a car with a working Air Conditioner (thereās a lot of trucks, dust etc. on the highway) the driver was concerned about diesel usage which led us to travel in sweltering heat when in lower parts of the journey. I wish that was not the case because it was something I had very very very explicitly asked for. Anyhow, overall it was a nice stay and trip. "
