From the moment we spoke with him, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. His name is Zijan. What impressed me most was how proudly and enthusiastically he spoke about the hotel. You could really feel that he enjoys his work and genuinely cares about the guests and the hotel he represents. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent customer service is not only about being helpful—it is also about making guests feel comfortable, valued, and welcome. He certainly did that for us. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and employees like him are one of the reasons guests would want to return.
