Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.

This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent.

Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!
