"The location of this hotel is excellent. It is only an 8-minute walk to Tokyo Station, which made our trips to other cities much easier and more convenient. The hotel offers welcome drinks after 3:00 p.m., which was a nice touch for guests. We arrived very early in the morning at around 5:00 a.m. and left our luggage at the lobby before heading out. When we returned later for check-in, our luggage had already been delivered to our room, which was a thoughtful and convenient service. The room was spacious enough for our family of four. However, the air-conditioning vents were positioned directly above our heads, causing cool air to blow directly onto us while sleeping, which was quite uncomfortable. Although the hotel is around seven years old, it is very well maintained and clean. The hotel also provides washing machines, which were convenient to use. We did not have much difficulty finding an available machine or waiting in line, and the laundry process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was clear and easy to understand, making communication simple and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel's excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable room size, and convenient services made it a great choice for our Tokyo stay."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I have to say, the service has always been attentive and helpful. The location is extremely convenient as it’s only a short walk to Kanda or Mitsukoshimae stations. It’s even walkable to the Ginza and Akihabara neighbourhoods. The main thing lacking here is design and overall comfort. The hallways are not air conditioned which made the floors feel uncomfortable upon leaving or returning to the hotel. The rooms are uninspired and could use some interior design elements. Some colour would help. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Just remember, 7-eleven is around the corner along with a soba shop. Plenty of food choices are within walking distance. Overall, based on location and service, I would still recommend it and would return. I would love to be pleasantly surprised with some building/room updates in the future!"

"Staff was very helpful and check-in and out is mostly through a computer, but they guide you if you have any issues. We only had breakfast once but it was very good and worth the price. The bathroom was great, with a jet tub to soak in after a long day, as well as a very nice shower. The hotel-supplied pajamas were very comfy and I wore them every night. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!"
