Loved the staff, the property is so beautiful, we loved the breakfast with Salvador and then closing our day with a nice cocktail from bartender Luis in the gorgeous courtyard! Tbe rooms clean and lovely, beds comfy and the area quiet. Manuel in maintenance and front desk, all very nice and helpful! A wonderful stay. About 6 blocks to pedestrian calle of Tlaquepaque"

They were kind upon our arrival and very helpful in securing transportation for us to the airport. The room was clean and spacious enough for my husband and I. The hotel is located within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the Plaza. This is our second time staying at this hotel and would stay again!"

"The room did not have A/C, did not feel safe. They gave us a pad lock to lock the door if we left the hotel. The towels were dirty. We left in the middle of the night we could not stay there."
