The young man that checked me in was rude. The room was dirty and when I asked if he could send maintenance down to clean just the bathroom area, he looked at me like I was crazy. A young man from maintenance came down and cleaned the bathroom area. He was very polite. I understand that you get what you pay for, but it’s not difficult to be kind.

The whole room was absolutely disgusting. Moldy shower curtain, pubes on the toilet, drid crusty stuff in the sink, old hair in the shower.

Should be called roach motel. Roaches everywhere, towels were old and worn out with stains, bed cover had burn holes all in it, closet didn't have a hang bar to hang clothes. Frig works but has roaches in it. Health depth would shut it down if they were to visit this Budget Inn in Jasper AL. Was going to stay 3 nights , but 2 nights with bugs - no way. AC actually worked well so not all negative. Super 8 next door had lots of cars, this motel very few - wonder why? I expect credit for the 3rd night I didn't stay.

Was able to buy a room around 5am and the money was successfully took out of my account. When I go to check in at the front desk the guy tells me that I can't check in my room until 11am that day and has an attitude about it. Then around comes 11am, I go back to check in again and then the next guy tells me I can't until 1pm. It made zero sense as to why it took 8 hours for us to be able to check in when I was already able to successfully buy the room. Never coming back.

The room was disgusting. Broken furniture, toilet was always clogged, shower doesn’t work, no phone in the room, and the staff was incredibly rude. Would only accept cash for anything additional that was requested such as towels or soap (which isn’t provided)

Booked in advance, asked for a bottom floor room as we are Sr. citizens. Gave us an upstairs room. Asked the clerk if we could have a ground floor room. (It was Sunday night and plenty of lower rooms were available). Clerk stated no, this is what we the computer gave us. Now for the room. Sink was filthy with mud, toilet had urine all over it and the floor. Turned down the sheets, stains everywhere and full of dead bedbugs! We left the property after lodging a complaint with the clerk!
