That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind.
