Wake up with the dawn facing the Mediterranean and enjoy breakfast on one of the two terraces of the apartment. Cross the street to bathe on the beach and savour a paella by the sea on the lively harbour promenade.



The Victoria apartment in Jávea is a modern duplex with private entrance from the street, garden, communal swimming pool, free WiFi and garage parking in one of the best areas of the port. On the ground floor you will find a furnished terrace, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, kettle...) and courtesy toilet.



On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one double room with a private bathroom and a whirlpool bath, and another with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have access to a perfect terrace for relaxing with unbeatable views. From the garage, both floors are accessed by lift.



We take hygiene very seriously: cleaning is carried out by professionals and all bedding and towels are treated by a specialised industrial laundry.



The urbanisation is closed and quiet, with spacious landscaped areas and a large swimming pool. Just 50 metres away, water activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking or jet skis can be practised.



In front of the apartment, you have access to two beaches: La Grava, calm and with a blue flag, and the First Muntanyar, with rough stone and crystal-clear waters, ideal for snorkelling and enjoying a unique sunrise. Both have services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, and beach bars with a great atmosphere.



In the vicinity, you will find beach clubs such as La Siesta and Montgo di Bongo, where you can eat, dine or have a drink with live music and the Mediterranean as a backdrop.



The port and the fish market are a stroll away. There you can acquire fresh fish directly from the sea.
