Bright and spacious villa for 5 people in Javea with private pool and garden, only 700 meters from the sandy beach of Arenal (10 min. walk) is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The house has two floors. The ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The first floor has three bedrooms: a room with a double bed, a second room with two beds of 90 cm and room with a single bed of 90 cm. The house is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor central gas heating, Wifi, satellite TV, hot shower outside, barbecue and magnificent views. Close to all services, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
