We present you our charming appartment located on the beautiful beaches of La Caleta and Cala Blanca, in Xàbia. This property is part of an exclusive residential complex that offers you what you need for a pleasant stay. It has various services, including a paddle tennis court, a spectacular swimming pool that runs through the complex's gardens, a gymnasium and an exclusive social centre (interesting specialy for teenager kids) for the community.
If you are looking to enjoy the refreshing swims in the waters of the Mediterranean and its many hours of sunshine and in the evening relax in the gentle sea breeze, this flat is your ideal choice for your summer stay.
But this wonderful place is not only for the summer! You also have the possibility to rent it during the winter season. Its location is ideal, as it is close to El Arenal, the liveliest area of Xàbia, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as a calendar full of activities to enjoy.
No matter the season, you can always relax in the winter sun and enjoy the views from the terrace of your property towards the coast of Xàbia.
The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
The property has everything you need to live in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc. The heating is by air conditioning hot/cold and electric radiators. Electric boiler. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
This appartment is located 1,5Km from the El Arenal area of Xàbia. Between the San Antonio cape and the Cumbres del Sol, this flat has a north-east orientation.
Only 14Km away is the golf course of La Sella and 15Km away is Dènia.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are 100Km away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- x1 high chair for 20€/baby

- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations.
