"You can call the hotel ahead of time and ask for accommodations that fit your needs, like downstair rooms since they have no elevator and walk in showers if you're disabled etc., the ac works well and has different settings and can be used for heating as well. we don't know if it has a pool, we weren't there for it, we have family close by and its easier and more convenient than to overcrowd the in-laws,"
