Very happy with this visit all around. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, the room was absolutely amazing for the price, and it was in the perfect location for me and my partner to travel about and enjoy the town. Definitely going to be marking this place down for any further vacations down here. Thank you guys so much!!

You can call the hotel ahead of time and ask for accommodations that fit your needs, like downstair rooms since they have no elevator and walk in showers if you're disabled etc., the ac works well and has different settings and can be used for heating as well. we don't know if it has a pool, we weren't there for it, we have family close by and its easier and more convenient than to overcrowd the in-laws,

Place was awesome, staff very attentive and the food was great. But being a high end place and for the price, hearing the train every 4 hours or so in the day, hearing people yelling at night… made me question spending the money I spent there. Great view, nice room sure but the tranquility wasn’t there if you’re REALLY looking to relax. Just my opinion, if your into bar hopping and the night life go for it. If you’re looking for peace, it’s not worth the money.

Super out dated facility. Needs urgent fixing, carpets lifted, out dated furniture, roaches behind the fridge, the room was double bed booked for 4 people and the bathroom had 2 towels, check in was quick and easy.

Front desk person was friendly and efficient. Room smelled awful and we traced the stinky sour bile smell to an area on the bedspread. Removed spread and asked front desk to take it out of the room, but not before the stench had got onto my husband’s clothes that he had to wear to an event. When we returned after the event the smell lingered in the room and it was difficult to sleep. Also the headboard of the bed had two big areas sticky to the touch where we assume many peoples’ heads had been. One of the grossest motel rooms we’ve ever experienced.

I like the fact that they will accommodate you as much as possible to fit your needs, we originally had an upstairs room but since they have no elevators, we asked to change downstairs and with a walk-in shower due to our disabilities and they were more than happy to accommodate us

Was not expecting what I booked the carpet was dirty bathroom seat was not stable beds were super low like on the floor and mattress was wore out. No elevator if you have a handicap condition definitely don’t recommend. Wouldn’t stay here again
