Charming 10+ Bedroom White Mountains Home close to Santa's Village and ski areas

A beautiful home set on the White Mountains with beautiful views in all directions. Close to Skiing, Golf Course, Hiking Trails, Snow Mobile Trails, and Santa's Village.

The space

1st floor-
Jackson
1 Queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom and private sitting room.
Kitchen and Dining area.
Sunroom facing the west for gorgeous sunset views.
2 Sitting rooms & TV room with movie channels also a wonderful selection of VHS and DVDs, lots of children’s movies.
Large Farmers’ Porch to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

2nd Floor-
Jefferson- 1 Queen Bedroom with private porch.
Washington-1 King Bedroom with private bathroom.
Monroe- 1 Queen + twin bedroom.
Eisenhower- 1 Full + twin bedroom.
Pierce- 1 Full bedroom with private bathroom.

Interaction with guests:

The caretaker is available to meet and greet you at check-in to answer any questions.

Concierge services are available upon request. Food deliveries, local shuttling, bon fires, etc. Caretaker will not interact with guests other than check-in unless requested by guest.

*Events are welcome when planned ahead of time with the owner. There are some restrictions.

*Children 10 and under need not be added to your reservation as they are free (up to 5 children).

*Nightly rate is based on 6 guests. Any reservation over 6 guests will be charged the additional guest fee ($40) per person per night.

Beautiful home, very clean throughout. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep, bathe and relax comfortably! View from the porch is incredible. Host was easy to reach, quick to respond and always kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

This is a wonderful property. Very spacious. We stayed here for a wedding at Bellevue Barn which is about 5 minute drive away. This is a central location within the White Mountains. We loved our stay at this property! It’s centrally located to attractions, grocery stores, and trailheads, making it easy to explore the area. The home itself offered plenty of space for our group of 15 adults and 3 children. We especially appreciated the barn at night, which allowed those of us who stayed up later to hang out without disturbing others who were relaxing inside.This is an older home that has been very well maintained, and it’s great for all ages. The host was helpful, always available and very responsive whenever we reached out.

NH trip

This is a beautiful property and excellent for a large group. We were very comfortable with plenty of batbrooms and beds. There is a tv in every room and a lot of space for lounging and enjoying each others company and not feeling Our host was very accomodating. We loved every minute of our stay!

Big family stay

Big group of us…ages 2 months to 70 years old. Plenty of room, we have such a great time. The home has a homey and warm farm feel. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of common area. We have been 3 years in a row and will definitely stay again! Near Santa’s Village.

Family Memories

Nice NH getaway

Large clean property. Fun pond with lots of frogs that the kids enjoyed. Large yard good for exploring. Close to Santa's village and cog railway.

Great House for Big Group

Beautiful place, although there seemed to be a lot of directions which made the stay a bit more stressful. Also, the additional per person fees (including the 4 month old) beyond 6 people (even though it sleeps 21 and we had 9 people including two under 2 yrs.) made it not a great value.

Great Place for Family Gathering

Liesl was an excellent host and the house worked really well for a family gathering. The house is well furnished, rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. We especially liked the sun porch facing the mountains. Lots of great eating space for groups. As a vintage house, it's shy on counter space in the kitchen, which could be challenging for people who really like to cook. If you want to bring a large group together in the White Mountains, definitely consider this house.

Awesome group trip!

Our group of 11 had a wonderful stay! Stunning house and location. Nice and close to trails and entertainment, but we spent most time in the house. HUGE and perfect for a large group. Liesl and Mike were wonderful hosts! Can’t wait to go back.

We had an absolute beautiful stay at this historic , cozy home! Guests must see the view and property to truly appreciate it! We cannot wait to return when we are able to spend more time. A family member also stated it is a beautiful spot for an outdoor wedding or celebration! We totally concur. The hone offers great space for privacy but also allows families to come together for meals and family time. We are checking our schedules now to see when we can all book this beautiful hone again!! Historic house

The location of property is beautiful. The house is huge and has tons of rooms. I loved that a large group could have enough beds. Being an historic home, it did have some growing pains. But overall, we had a great time.

NH - February Break

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Jefferson North Property. It was clean and spacious yet cozy. The property owner was very responsive. Plenty of room to stay for a multiple people with a US History character charm. We had a good time and will recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful house with amazing views of the Presidential Mountains

We were absolutely amazed at the beauty of the house. The owners have done an amazing job of maintaining a beautiful 100+ year old home. The dining room wood work is absolutely stunning! The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. We spent most days gathered on the front porch with our 97 year old mother and evenings around the cozy pellet stove in one of the sitting rooms with our large extended family. We had 12 people over the weekend and still had plenty of beds and space to add more if needed. There are also hiking trails out back which we enjoyed. The owner was extremely accommodating to some special requests we made and went out of her way to make sure we were safe and comfortable. We would highly recommend this for an adult family or group of couples who want to get away and enjoy the beauty of northern New Hampshire. Hal & Teresa Landers

Most beautiful Mountain View’s!

Our son had wedding at Bellevue Barb, and my family and friends stayed at property and loved it! The place was Immaculate, and Liesl and Mike were great hosts! The views from front porch were breathtaking, and the location was perfect the wedding venue was less than a mile away! We all loved the pellet stove and the eat in kitchen! Thank you Liesl and Mike for making my sons wedding extra special! We will most definitely return!

Great Location-Large Home-Great Hosts

Beautiful views of Fall Foliage. Home was very clean. Plenty of rooms for all the guests. Property owners are on site and were very attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to make our visit totally enjoyable and stress free. Would definitely rent this home again!

Great escape

My family spent the weekend of Aug 14th-16th at Jefferson North the house was huge and beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Liesl the home owner was such a delight anything we had questions on she was always responding to our requests quickly and she stays on property we only saw her when we arrived and left. We enjoyed the grilling on deck. Just a great family trip and we are already planning to go back next summer. Thank you so much Liesl
