We arrived late for our reserved room. Limited parking. Staff was friendly. Attempted to charge an extra fee for our third adult even though I made the reservation for three. Room was average. Tub had been painted and was badly peeling. Breakfast was adequate.

The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful.

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. Property including outside the hotel was very clean and neat. Parking and adjacent restaurants added to the connivence. The hotel does have construction taking place but clean and quiet as you can see the hard work and upgrades they are installing. I would recommend to all as much better than the recent hotels we have stayed at this week traveling down south. 5 Star recommendation

The place was clean, the pool was great, the staff was fine BUT there was a sign on every door that there would be no water from 11-4 figured no big deal I’m checking out. Wrong! My room had no hot water. The pool was warmer than my shower. Not impressed at all. Of course no one mentioned this when I checked in or when I booked my room.
