Very hard bed with uncomfortably thick pillows. No shower curtain or glass to prevent water from splashing in the bathroom. Seat on sofa is barely 12 inches high suitable for children but not for adults. The sofa and coffee table are so low and there is no other table and chairs so the only way to eat is standing at the kitchen counter. Poorly stocked kitchen. One large plate, one small plate,...

The stairs are uneven so a little bit wonky, but nothing major and there is an elevator
Paid self-laundry available, which is practical
No access to the water machine or microwave outside of reception opening hours (around 9 am to around 9-10 pm)
Breakfast is ok, but it starts at 9:15, so it can be late for exploration

"2nd time here with my family. Very warm hospitality. Peaceful and relaxing environment. Breakfast is good and there is ample space for parking. Try the 2nd level korean restaurant near the hotel within a few mins of walking. Bbq black pork was great! "
"One of the best stays in Jeju! Perfect location and this place seems to be well-managed which was very impressive and made our family happy to stay here! "The place is extremely quiet, spacious, clean and the staff is very friendly and proactive. It is 5 minutes from the beach on foot, and there are a couple of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within a maximum of 15 minutes on foot. You have to rent a car or use Uber to get to more distant places since public transport is not constant."

특히 장점은 창으로 보이는 뷰가 외국에 온 것처럼 좋고 외부 소음도 없고 조용합니다. 침대도 편안했고 자는데 불편하지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는데 2층이고 짐도 올려주셨습니다.
욕실 벽에 머리카락이 있었고 작은 벌레 1회 출몰, 냉장고가 살짝 시끄러워 아쉬웠으나 그 이상 만족도가 높아 청소 조금만 더 신경써주시면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

"We booked the accommodation at EQ stay and dinner at EQ stay BBQ, dining area is right within the hotel vicinity.
Food quality and restaurant vibes were splendid, however, here comes.
Hotel side did not respond to my request prior to our check in, and Expedia couldn’t help with the communicating either. On our arrival, we were given a room key, but one hr later after check in there were 2 sets of strangers knocking on our door and tried to open our room door, turns out the Recep gave us to wrong room key and a stranger was given a back up universal key to access “his room”. Utterly ridiculous and disappointing. Didn’t help that the owners did not understand English as we tried to rectify - luckily an English-speaking Korean gentlemen was there to help us translate. We were still worried late at night as we slept that someone would open our doors.
It is a quiet peaceful town in the midst of Jeju, probably one of the bigger hotel establishment around the area. Which explains the affordable accommodation.
