호텔방 안에 담배 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 잠을 거의 못 잤습니다. 방 교체 요구 했는데 침대방이 없다고 해서 그냥 버텼는데 너무 불쾌했습니다. 방 안에 재떨이가 있는게 정말 어이가 없었습니다. 침구 등 방에 담배 쪄든 냄새가 심각했고 방키도 카드가 아니라 열쇠라는 것도 별로였어요. TV 상태도 화면이 가끔씩 꺼졌다 켜져서 정말 환불 받고 다른 곳으로 갈 걸 후회했습니다.

스키장을 이용하면서 여기 숙소 시즌마다 2~3회 정도는 이용을 하는 편입니다(차를 가지고 이동하지 않는 경우..) 온돌방을 선호해서 이 숙소를 오는 것도 있습니다. 매번 10층에 있는 객실을 이용하다가, 이번에는 처음으로 3층에 있는 객실에서 묵었는데, 처음으로 춥다고 느꼈네요. 바닥 한쪽 일부가 계속 차가웠습니다. 이전에는 이런적 없었는데 말이죠 ㅠㅠ 따뜻한 곳으로 옮겨서 자기는했는데...이번에는 추웠어요 ㅠㅠ

침대시트 청결문제가 아주 불량하다 머리카락이 보이길래 시트를 들춰 살펴보니 무려 10여개의 머리카락과 심지어 체모까지~ 이건 경악 그자체입니다 아무리 시설이 오래되고 숙박비가 저렴하다고해도 이건아닌듯합니다 결국은 이틑날 심하게 감기가와서 하루남기고 체크아웃하고 돌아왔네요
