The entry is a dirty street but the place is nice. The men running it are helpful and friendly. I recommend this place . The only thing it’s missing is laundry facilities and outlets in the lobby .The laundry is thru the alley across the street and only takes coins so I had a challenge finding a place as I was using cc but I’d stay there again . There’s a grocery store next door which Is convenient.

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind which is hard to find in Isreal, They spoke clear english. I believe they are remodeling so it was not like in perfect shape but it was clean and good enough for our stay also its in Jerusalem unless your gonna spend tons of money you wont find anything perfect but this one at least it had no bed bugs and it was clean. Perfect view also on top of the roof. The Motel was in a perfect location to a train and then you could get a bus because u do not want to drive in Jerusalem its not safe. The parking garage is in the back of the motel which it is hard to find but again they are very helpful get WHATSAPP and they will send you a video on how to find it. As far as safety goes its Jerusalem and it can be a rough place but I felt safe, it was in a more of Jewish community which made it safer.

This hotel is located in 2 separate floors of a 15 floor building at the center of busiest point of Jerusalem. The suits are located at 15th floor. Parking is under the building and there is a very small sign for the elevator leading to the hotel’s lobby, so at first you may get lost.. Check in was very easy, the front desk lady was very nice and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean, modern and well equipped, with a beautiful 360 view of Jerusalem. The only negative point : there are 12-15 steps from lobby to the suits, so you need to plan taking your heavy luggage’s up and down( the hotel owners will help you if they are available). If you are booking the suits, please note they are not elevator going to suites floor therefore not appropriate for a person with disabilities or someone on wheelchair.

Not the best building for a family to stay

Ok facilities in a very old building, completely different from what we so in your website. We stayed for 3 nights but never saw a hotel employee. Only spoke to one in the phone because the door was locked when we arrived at night. HE Sent info via WhatsApp the same day i arrived, on how to get into the building without taking into consiration that when you travel long distances (usa, united arab Emirates) sometimes phone service is not available. Why wait for the last 24 hours before a reservation to send info on how to get inside the building? By the way, the area is not the safest and we saw a homeless sleeping inside the building today before we checked out. This guy was very stinky For the lasr 2 days the never clean the room

An excellent and not expensive hotel

We rented a room for 3 nights. The hotel is located at the top floors (13-15) of a building in Jaffa (Yafo) street, the heart of Jerusalem, and has an amazing view all over! The location is excellent and we barely needed to use our car, we could walk to all the best locations of Jerusalem or to take the train. The stuff in the hotel was very very nice, the place was very clean and had 2 large balconies with an amazing view, the best spot for a coffee (the hotel contains small kitchens for coffee near the balconies). Since we have a tall car, we couldn’t use the parking lot which is limited for 2 meters height cars, but there is a parking lot at the building for 80₪ a day. Generally we could manage without a car. We were very surprised to get all this for about 450₪ Per night. We totally recommend this hotel very much and will come back again.

Perfect, however with weird check in

Fantastic room and absolutely amazing roof patio. Nice with cofee and bar. Only problem is the shady bulding (wich is OK) but especially the fact that there is no actual reception before you somehow get in to the building. I had to call them upon arraival and find a woman in the crowd. Quite costy as my foreign calls a very expensive untill I can purchase a sim card.

I was surprised that for staying a week, I did not get housekeeping services aside from towel replacement and garbage pick up. Also, the walls are very thin. But location and view from patio are fantastic.

Tiene una terraza con muy buena vista pero la anuncian como si fuera privada, la ubicación es muy buena, el servicio es diligente y esmerado pero de las 2 personas que atienden 1 no habla inglés, dejan basura y sin limpiar los ceniceros por días! En la noche tuvimos muchos problemas para accesar al hotel. En fin no lo recomiendo se ninguna manera!
