"Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences !

There was some confusion over the deposit which was expensive £236 on top of the £400 we had already paid for 4 nights which is expensive for Thailand
Apparently the deposit has to be in a credit card and it takes up to 2 weeks to be returned after u leave the hotel which isn’t great

Although the interiors may be a little 1980’s dated, everything is of the highest level of comfort and excellence, from the comfortable rooms to the wonderful staff.
