"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever.
I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The hotel also had great facilities such as a fitness center, pool, and restaurant which made my experience even better.
