It is such a great hotel, so I chose it again this year. This was my 3rd time living here. The staff was excellent, professional, and friendly. The mountain view is fantastic. They provide a shuttle bus from Taipei main station to their hotel, and it is very convenient for people who travel. However, the facilities are kind of old. The buffet was okay, not really beyond what I expected. I hope they will remodel soon and I will be back definitely.

環境還是不錯，房務人員很親切，櫃台人員比前幾次入住好很多。不過，瑜珈要收費了，因為自助餐第一梯次已滿所以晚餐換到岩波庭也要加價，可惜不如以往好吃。入住時帶房的人員，可能是SOP改變了，就在入口口述房間的擺設。如果不是住過，會很困惑。 曾經是礁溪住宿的首選，希望能繼續維持。

小小美中不足

所有體驗都很棒！小小遺憾是因為在過年初六住宿可能人潮多，戶外泡湯池(需要穿泳衣的)有很多小朋友，下午時間所有泡湯池被佔滿沒有多的位置可以使用，戶外泡湯池沒有想像中的大，因為是換好泳衣走過去才發現的，只好在寒冷的天吹風站著等待很久才有位置，長輩有些不太滿意😅其他服務都很棒
