The service is great and it feels home. I love the hot spring tub in the room, it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed the happy hour every day at 5pm and movie night at 8pm a lot. Would def come back again :)))

The room is clean and neat. The amenities were completely provided. Nice design for the hot spring tub. Facilities in the hotel is great. Free happy hour with unlimited red/white wine and snacks for the hotel guests, swimming pool and public hot spring are available on the rooftop terrace. The complimentary breakfast has variety of local food, it'd be great if there's sashimi as some 5 stars hotel would most likely offer it.

The swimming pool is great. The room is clean. The selection of breakfast is not a lot but the quality is good. Also, I have seen the managers went check on facility a couple of times during my stay which says a lot. I will definitely come back.

Rooftop infinity pool and onsen with view of surrounding mountains. open air, in room onsen on the balcony. Very good tea and tasteful Zen decor in each room. Very attentive and professional staff. Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk.
