"チェックインは、スムーズで対応も良かったです。ラウンジでのアルコールとコーヒー類のサービスと足湯で、リラックス出来ました。部屋は、清潔感がありました。楽しみにしていた夕食は、バイキングで品数と量が少なく感じましたが、どちらかというと、高齢のお客様が多かったので、食べ残しを減らす取り組みの一貫なら理解は出来ますが、物足りなさを感じてしまい、期待していただけに、残念でした。個人的には、揚げ物と肉食の品数が少なめだった。朝食バイキングは、よくある普通のバイキングでしたが、きのこ雑煮が美味しかった。温泉は、源泉かけ流しで湯量も多く、露天風呂は３種類が楽しめて、夕食後の入浴だったので、ほぼ貸切で楽しめました。"

"Far away from Shibuya, we traveled over 3 hours via public transportation to get here. We arrived at night, and it was a nice adventure with family. "Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.) The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building. Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. "

"I was here very briefly but wanted to share my thoughts on this stay. It is always impressive when the owner of a hotel takes the time to come out and greet you personally on your arrival. The friendly staff, the amazing view (if you are lucky) and traditional Japanese room experience made this a memorable stay. I wish I was able to stay longer. Highly recommended."

"The view of Mt. Fuji is stunning if weather permits. You can see it even from your bed. You can enjoy quiet, rural setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are there during weekdays without a car, it will be hard to get lunch."

"Shuttle from town is only fixed time - 14.30 day of check-in and 10.00 at check-out, if you arrive other time need to take taxi ~5000 jpy. Check-out at 10.00 if you want to check out at 12.00 its extra cost. Gas grill extra cost. Sauna very small - max 2 people and only sitting posdition. Overall nice place with outdoor terase, jaccuzzi and sauna, but could be more flexible to guest needs. "

"I liked the capsules themselves, they provided a modern and comfortable experience. The shower was nice too and there were easy accommodations which was nice. "

"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. "
