"Had a really pleasant stay at Echeng Hotel Chengdu. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was efficient and helpful throughout. Laundry services were convenient and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great! Easy to get around and close to everything you need. Loved the in-room smart system (Xiaodu) as well, which added a nice modern touch. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience!"

Unfortunately Tina called us yesterday to inform us that most likely the package had gone missing during transit. The property is very lucky to have a dedicated and attentive employee like Tina. She is to be highly commended and I usually don't leave comments. We were already happy with the property and she made our stay exceptional. "
