"It’s an amazing spot to stay. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the layouts and decor make it feel spacious and like you’re actually in a room vs a lifeless cubicle. I like the separation between living space and bedroom. Pillows are comfortable and appropriate size vs a small deteriorating piece of fluff. "

"We had no idea the “Gem Show” started this weekend in Tucson and everyone said that 500k visitors were in town and The Hacienda del Sol was fully booked. Despite all this, our stay was wonderful. Hacienda del Sol was a perfect escape. The place is an oasis from big, busy and beautiful resorts. If you are looking for a high end, quite place - this is a top choice. "

Karen and Tiffany gave us very precise instructions on how to enter the community area and the home. We had no difficulties with anything while we were there.The location of this place made it very easy for us to get around to the various activities we wanted to do. We certainly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Tucson area."

"Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost instantly. Would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed a week at this property exploring areas of Tucson. I was a little confused at the layout of the property but the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. The casita attached to the garage was comfortable and had enough kitchen ware that I could cook what I needed to. Not knowing anything about Tucson it was a pretty sweet pick. Although close to River Rd, at night the traffic was minimal and it was quiet. Good eats, nice parks, the Rillito River path were all very close."
