"Uns hat an der Rezeption ein junger männlicher Manager empfangen. Er war sehr angenehm, freundlich und höflich. Wir durften früher in unser Zimmer einchecken. Da wir zum ersten Mal in dieser Stadt waren, haben wir sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen bekommen. Nach dem Check-out konnten wir unser Gepäck noch für ein paar Stunden im Hotel lassen.
