"Wonder staff, room was clean! Love the view"

"Rating is very misleading, this is not a “very good” hotel. Although the hotel advertises a no-smoking policy, the moment we walked into the room it smelled strongly of weed and smoke. The condition of the room was very concerning, there were burn marks on the bed sheets and curtains, and visible stains throughout. There was also an unknown brown substance on the wall, which was unsettling. Several things were broken or not functional. The refrigerator door handle was damaged, and the bathroom door would not close or lock, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and inconvenient. Overall, the room appeared unclean despite what seemed like an attempt to tidy it up. We did not feel comfortable staying and chose to leave immediately, losing money in the process. The only positive part of the experience was the front desk staff member, who was kind and provided good customer service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property."

"Room was very clean. AC has no thermostat. Runs constantly while on. Parking was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Great hotel overall. The suites are perfect for a little extra room or privacy. Made to order omelettes, pancakes and eggs are a nice addition. Hotel does charge for parking each night."

"We stayed at the April 17-19 2026, at the Okana Resort on the 8 th floor which was perfect for us it was quiet and the balcony view facing the pool area was just breath taking!!! The suite was perfect!!!! We will return again. FYI the 2nd floor is very very busy with families and the indoor water park. There is not a free breakfast so we ate our for all our meals even though they have restaurants on site."
