"Waited over 45 minutes to check in, only to be asked to wait even longer so the receptionist could take a PERSONAL phone call… then told a room wasn’t available even though I showed my reservation confirmation, room secured but tried not to offer the same rate & wouldn’t offer any discount for the check-in inconvenience. Hotel receptionist’s demeanor was rude & not accommodating."

"When we first arrived we were given a dirty room. There were no towels and the floor was very dirty. It looked like the bed was made that was it. We went to the front desk and said something. They then gave us another room in the exact same condition. Which when you opened the door you had to throw your body weight into because it was stuck. No towels and dirty floor in the second room too. We left and went to the race. The next morning I went to the office and asked for towels. The lady at the desk told me I had to exchange our old ones to get new ones. I told her that we never got any. She told me she would send the cleaning people with towels to the room when they got there at 7am. She took my name and number and said she would tell management. At 8:30 we still didn’t have any towels, so we went to find a cleaning person to get some. After we got towels. I went to shower and the shower had no hot water at all. The sink was the only thing with hot water. Outlets by the bed didn’t work. I have still never been contacted by management 2 days later."
