"Property was great! Only two suggestions: wanted to use the hot tub, but the max temp of 90 just didn’t allow it. Towel quality could be improved. Really enjoyed the pickle ball/basketball. Hope to come back!"

"Great for a large family. It was odd to have to bring our own bedding. You also have to provide your own hand towels for the bathrooms/kitchen. The kitchen ware needs to be updated. The coffee maker took FOREVER to brew and the pans were very used. Cacti surrounds the property and we were having to pick thorns out of our basketballs and volleyball. It should be emphasized that the pool does not include a hot tub, and that it is classified as a cold sitting pool. It was posted, but we missed it during booking and was a bummer. It would also be nice to have details about river access. We went to Garner State park and had a great time, but we did not know where else we could have gone.Overall, great weekend with lots of space for our family to hang out."
