"Very clean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. The pool was cold and salty. Other than that everything was perfect."

"The shower had a broken missing handle, had either poor maintenance or grime on the shower floor that had several black streaks in the grout, stain on the carpet, and we found a used contact lens in the bed, ick! The facility was definitely not what you would think for a crown plaza. "

"The room is very outdated with poor quality bed. We’re woken up from staff shouting and yelling across hallway and on their walkie talkies. I told them to be quiet, but they continue to bang our wall from another room. We extended our check out time for the reason to get some rest and even put a do not disturb sign on the door. The shower doesn’t have much water coming out as well. The whole experience is horrible except for the great front desk agent’s service. "

"Staff was nice. Parking was easy. Shopping nearby. Matience arrive quickly when toilet overflow. But was not happy at all when a live cockroach was found climbing up the bathroom wall. Bed was uncomfortable ."
