The reception staff are very great. Michael is very nice and kind staff to explain the detail of the hotel. He also made a great suggestion on a restaurant for having cheese fondue. Airport shuttle ran on schedule and the breakfast was delicious with many great options- cereal and yogurt to bacon sausage and eggs, toast with jam. Coffee & Tea machines with an option for everyone. "
