Very clean updated rooms. Very quiet. Convenience, right off of I-95. Only complaint, the grass area for dogs is very small

Only issue was floor in room. I have a pet so the pet room floor was full of pet hair. Not obvious to the eye, but socks were a mess with hair. This is something a dry mop can easily take care of.

Older newly remodeled property. The room was clean and well done. Much nicer than the new Holiday Inn in Pooler where we stayed 2 days the night before.

This was a one-night stopover on a road trip to Florida. The hotel is about what you'd expect from a Marriott facility. Clean, comfortable, a relatively good value. The staff was especially friendly; probably normal for the South, but definitely noticeable. The hotel is undergoing renovations of the lobby area, so the setup was a little awkward, but I was told the rooms had already been updated, which appeared to be the case. Beautiful hotel, front desk staff (the only staff we encountered) was very kind and helpful. She gave us delicious warm cookies for each of us during check in. Room was immaculate and beds were super comfy. The āfeelā of the room was relaxing. Wonderful experience and we will definitely stay at double tree again in the future.
