"This is our go to place for when we’re at Hershey. Staff is incredible. Each visit is special. This last visit was for our son’s birthday and they took the time to decorate the room with balloons, a bday sign and a bag full of treats which was a very cool surprise for him. Breakfast is always delicious. Only complaint is the mattresses could be updated but that wouldn’t deter us from continuing to stay here."

"I always wipe the bathroom down at the very least when I get into a room and when I did it here there was nothing coming up! Clean from the toilet to the tub. Wiped the room down and it was the same. Pretty small room. Didn’t go to the restaurant. But liked the location as well. I normally catch the train in so now I know this place is right around the corner (5 minute walk). Paid for parking beforehand and it was the best decision they have a valet service. Checked out the concessions they had didn’t look interesting to me looked cold and unappealing, but there were many ppl buying food and coffee they serve Starbucks coffee (just the coffee, none of their food items). There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby."
