"Wonderful house in a great location. One minor issue with an appliance and the property manager was extremely responsive and resolved the issue. Made us feel good that they took care of us."
"We had a wonderful time visiting with family. The views were amazing! The home had a great floor plan, with large comfortable common areas for gathering, as well as plenty of rooms/spaces for privacy. Location was perfect - just a short 5 min ride to Park City! We would definitely stay here again if we're in Park City."

They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!?
Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings were on the money but the ‘fancy’ restaurant was below expectations.
To their credit they did their best to rectify things and we never had any issues at all with any of the servers or staff anywhere in the property. All very nice and worked hard to make things right.
Everything else was phenomenal! Pool, champagne toasts, special animal exhibits, made for an all around high-end experience."

"Absolutely loved staying at this house in deer valley. Stunning house, great communication from the hosts from the beginning through our stay, and stunning views of the jordanelle reservoir. Would highly recommend/will be renting again!"
