A little difficult to check in but managed it. Location great for our plans.

The staff was very friendly.

I absolutely love this place! The staff speaks English very well so communication is a breeze. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Although next time, I may need to grab a bunch of bottles of the Rhubarb juice! Any time I visit Hamburg, this will be where I stay. 5 star staff and service!

The location is close to grocery stores and bus stations. Room was a bit tight but manageable. WI-FI was available but it's public, not secured.

It’s a great clean hotel with a good breakfast. The stuff is really nice. Loved this hotel.

Clean and safe with a bountiful breakfast

Room was small,but useful. Large bed,with warm duvet(october visit). Bathroom was well designed,if a bit compact. Staff friendly and helpful. No laundry facilities according to a desk clerk,but I was only there for five days,so it wasn't really necessary. I did not make use of the breakfast/cafe,so can't comment. Would stay there again if I return to Hamburg. Within walking distance of airport,though there is a bus stop on corner,so you can use that.

We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. We went to the rooftop and enjoyed a beautiful view of the Spiecherstadt. We liked the snack room where you could get various drinks and snacks 24/7. Staff, as before, were enjoyable. Would...

Nice styling for entire property. Staff was very friendly, and Haribo candy at front desk. Breakfast was very good, although seemed over-priced at 35 euro per person.

Everything about the hotel, staff, restaurant, and location were just perfect. The work out room and sauna were an added benefit. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to Hamburg. We will stay there again!!!
