"The room was absolutely disgusting, dirt and grime everywhere the floors were sticky and behind the bed was filthy with grey stuff, the air conditioner was peeling and falling apart, we had to carry our 75 lb bags up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was down. There were people doing drugs and being sketchy and to top it off the manager was so extremely rude. I will never be coming here again. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights and got out the next morning because of how bad it was annd how unsafe it we felt. Also the bed was so uncomfortable sleeping on the floor would’ve been better. There were no blankets just sheets. And the door didn’t latch all the way, we had a hard time opening it and a very hard time getting it to close and lock. We spent about 25 minutes trying to open the door, and the manager was so rude and nasty. Do not book with the motel!! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel."

"We did not use the outside amenities - nor the dishwasher, perhaps next time.There was water in the water container in the refrigerator, not sure how long it had been there, and in the coffee maker as well. Maybe just note to your cleaning crew.Appreciate the ice in freezer. Closet door in left side bedroom sticks - need more outlets for charging.Thank you for sharing the house."

"We truly enjoyed staying at M&L cottage! The location is very convenient, close to the park entrance and with stores and restaurants nearby. The instructions for the check-in and stay were clear, the cottage was clean and cozy, comfortable beds and more amenities that we needed. I liked that we could park right by the house instead than the street. "

"Super cute and clean home down the street from the northeast entrance of Joshua Tree National Park! Super convenient for visiting the park! We really appreciated having a kitchen and backyard to relax in after a day of hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub. There is also a pool which was a little too cold to use during our stay. Highly recommend "

"Perfect for a quick overnight before we hiked joshua tree. No hot water in the shower & no tv remote could be found. Pool table and record player were nice touches and hot tub let us see a shooting star! "
