"The hotel’s location is right in the heart of El Poblado, which is where most of the popular and lively areas are. The location was definitely a strong point. However, the hotel itself was just okay. For the price, I think there are better options in the area. Check-in took around 30–40 minutes, mainly because guests are expected to complete the check-in process online themselves. While we were waiting in line, no one informed us in advance that we could complete it while waiting, which would have saved time and made the process much smoother. Breakfast was decent, but there were not many options for non-pork eaters. To their credit, they did make me a cheese omelette upon request, which I appreciated. I just wish there had been additional options like beef or turkey items. The rooms are on the smaller side and felt very humid during the stay. Also, the terrace—which I heard is supposed to be a nice feature—was closed during our visit."

"I recently stayed at Landmark Medellín for a short 3-night stay in a Duplex Queen Suite, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely cared for by the entire team. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I appreciated how helpful the staff was, including sending useful information through WhatsApp. Everyone was always smiling, greeting us warmly, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained daily. I especially loved the complimentary infused water, tea, coffee, and the in-room coffee maker with pods — such thoughtful touches. Breakfast was excellent as well, with two restaurant options and plenty of healthy choices. One moment that truly stood out was a gentleman working the overnight shift on May 15th. Around midnight, I was trying to dry wet sneakers in the complimentary laundry area and messaged the front desk because the dryer was making noise. Within a minute, he came personally to assist me and handled everything kindly and professionally. I didn’t get his name, but as a Reception Supervisor myself, I can say he was an absolute gem for customer service. The pool was also fantastic while traveling with my son — peaceful, never too crowded, and perfect in the mornings and evenings. Overall, a 10/10 stay. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return! Shoutout to the gentleman in black, Andy, Freddy, Camila and Criztian, the bellman’s too!"

"Love the greenery around all property, well maintained and the equipment was great too, breakfast was delicious I was craving for a smoothie in the afternoon and in bed ne of the restaurant they make me a yummy green smoothie with he staff was very friendly and the location was great we walk every day to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, rooftop bar, bakeries you’ll find lots of great places to eat! I definitely recommend that s hotel to anyone who wants to go to Medallin , by the way the area was very secure never had any issues and we walk at night and during the day very nice people."
